Hi, everyone! I’m XU, you could also call jiutian just like my friends do. I joined the lab in Fall 2024. My research experience includes advanced materials and solar energy. And I am interested in smart materials, sustainable building technology, energy savings, renewable energy as well as personal comfort. I would like to explore advanced materials and relevant applications, and technologies that could be used in building envelopes, aiming at energy-saving buildings or improving personal comfort.

In my spare time, I like practicing urban dance, such as hip-hop, and choreography, I also like going to fitness centers, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
