My research critically explores the interconnections between the indoor environment and occupants, aiming to develop sustainable, human-centered designs that are more adaptive and responsive to occupants’ needs. Specifically, I study the impact of the indoor environment on occupant thermal comfort, health, and behaviors, as well as occupancy-focused operation approaches and building energy modeling and efficiency.
Outside of my research, I’m a mom of a dog and a cat. I take my furry kids everywhere I go. If they bother you, I will treat you and take you outside.
